Sudbury, ON - NSS Canada has announced its new CEO/President, Bruno Lalonde. Lalonde has officially begun ownership inheriting the title from founder Marty Warkentin.
Marty Warkentin has been the owner since NSS Canada’s inception in 1989, now retiring after 35 years of exceptional leadership with his partner Ann Marie Warkentin.
Marty Warkentin shared the following farewell to the NSS Canada family & legacy:

As Ann Marie and I stand at the threshold of retirement, we’re overwhelmed with a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for each and every one of you. The last 35 years have been an incredible journey and we cannot express enough how grateful we are for the hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment that you have shown throughout the years.
First and foremost, we extend our deepest gratitude to all our private investors who believed in our vision and supported us in building this amazing organization. Your trust and support have been invaluable, enabling us to reach new heights and achieve our goals.
To the exceptional individuals who form the backbone of our company - our employees, you have been the driving force behind our success. Your talent, passion, and determination have been the pillars that have held this company up and allowed it to flourish. We are truly humbled by your tireless efforts and the collective spirit you bring to work every day.

Bruno Lalonde has been an integral part of NSS Canada, contributing to the development of MOSS and the overall expansion of the brand. For the past 8 years, Lalonde has been the company’s General Manager and President contributing to its current growth and development.
Lalonde has led the planning and execution of corporate development and business transformation efforts in establishing NSS Canada as a market leader, furthering the company’s forward thinking innovative products and services focusing on efficiency and accuracy in the industry.
Lalonde credits his success to having had the opportunity to have been mentored by industry leaders Marty and Ann Marie Warkentin who have shaped NSS Canada into what it is today.
“Thank you, Marty, for taking the risk in me 8 years ago and seeing potential. I left my previous employment with a plan to relocate to Sudbury and Marty was my first call. Marty mentored me and shaped me to become imbedded in sales and Ann Marie taught me how to be a much better listener and to slow things down.
I never knew I would love sales so much until I watched Marty. He taught me it’s a relationship vs the sale and that anyone can sell something once, but if you maintain a relationship, you have partners for life. Back in 2018, Marty and I took the next step and made a handshake deal that I would be his predecessor; now I get to retire two people that believe in me to take on their legacy – I am forever grateful.” Says Lalonde about taking on ownership of NSS Canada.
